This game is so incredibly great. I play it with my youngsters and we all enjoy this humourful journey. Good to see it maturing even more!
The bosses are so retro-styled, almost feeling back in x-out. The characters (I've got Henrietta on fire, and now the Bibliothecary with her throwing books as companion) and the biting humour - a stock exchange build from slot machines. Not many games master the balance between humour and being annoying. Much of it takes Monty Python to another level. A pure recommendation for this great game!

Sounds exciting. Why don't I have even the time to play through Split Vendetta?

I will wait how they compete with Rdna2, then I decide which one I will buy. I had Nvidia right after my Voodoos2 and was never disappointed by their drivers. A thing I cannot say about AMD.

Quoting: melkemindI've been using Nvidia GPUs for over a decade, but I'm strongly considering a switch after this new release. Hopefully, they'll be powerful and well-supported.
Exactly doing that, too. Just my Nvidia experience goes back right after dual voodoo 2

This is great! Let's hope they will gain the same experience (uh, not just me) that a linux-developed software runs far more easy on other platforms than the other way round, as most of the tools and libraries that are first choice in Linux will work on various other platforms as well.

It really should be up "everyday" just like Doom the old days had a demo.

I tried Soldat 2 and was unable to start the game as the menu was borked massively. A pity, I hope for another demo else I will not buy it.

What have you been playing recently?

I finished Black Mesa after I begun before Christmas. Fabulous game, some tweaks I had to apply in interloper, though.
