Yes it be nice if more developers just made their games on Linux because getting them running under windows is far less of a issue vs the other way around (OpenGL performance can be a concern for some games if they decide to go that route).

Modding is not supported, though unsure if that is an EA thing and will come later. However seems people already working on it.

I assume it runs under Vulkan as when starting you get a menu choice to start the game or start under OpenGL.

An unholy amount of Valheim. It is really good. Nice to day 1 be able to play on a co-op with my friends, even if they are misguided Windows sufferers.

I think I was ruined by having played Galaxies extensively. That game needed some TLC in bugfixing and additional content, but before they did the huge overhaul that removed the skills system and all the crafting complexity, it was one of the most sandboxy, interesting and fun MMOs I played. More like EVE in many respects, and certainly very different to others out there. SWTOR just didn't match up. I played WoW for a while as well, up till WotLK and even with all the content that had it still didn't match Galaxies for me.

The game wasn't ruined by SWG. The game was ruined, for some people, who expected SWG from a KOTOR style RPG.

I think I clearly said that already, so not sure what your point is? I wanted something like the old Galaxies and SWTOR wasn't it and I didn't find it interesting by itself to play for long.

If the new launcher is there when it updates, I am going to cry.

As to the new game, really not sure. With this being the 200th anniversary year of Queen Victoria's birth, I thought that Victoria 3 would have been a perfect release for this year's con, but will have to wait and see.

You can connect a DS4 via Bluetooth on kernel 5.3? That's interesting, are you sure you've tested that specifically since updating? As for the systemd issue it only impacts XInput emulation for games that don't support generic (non-X360) gamepads.

Ahh, I just checked your images. I am the same, the controllers still connect just fine via Bluetooth using bluetoothctl, but they are completely unusable in Steam. Have you tried loading Steam up and seeing if they work in there?

I just can't get my head round how they still haven't fixed the launcher issues and then rolled it out to EUIV as well, in the same broken state. I refunded Imperator as it was so broken under Linux and their tech support told me no ETA on a resolution. I've been a huge fan and supporter of Paradox's titles for years due to their Linux support and as they are games I enjoy, but the way they seem to be going in dropping new titles supporting Linux and screwing up like this means I've currently ended all spending on their titles till I have a better ideaas to what is going on. Their upcoming con may give a hint to that as they have at least one new game to announce. If that lacks Linux support then we'll have an idea.
