3D action and adventure RPG 'Little Devil Inside' will come to Linux

Holiest of holy cross hung crap! That is perhaps the all time best looking survival game evah! (I shall now set about forgetting it entirely because I don't think I could survive the heartbreak if it turns out later that it won't be coming to Linux after all.)

Gory FPS 'Apocryph' now has a Linux test build to try, pretty damn good
21 Dec 2017 at 1:12 pm UTC

Yay! I'd forgotten about this game---as I forget about all "planned Linux" games mentioned by devs. But now that Apocryph has a Linux version under development, it's going on my wishlist! Any groovy looking FPS that comes to Linux is a cause for celebration!

Thanks for the great news Liam. :)

The rather silly and quite good 'Crashlands' is now officially on Linux

Kim, an open-world RPG set in colonial India is now available on Linux

I love the hand drawn and coloured look of the game! Simply beautiful! I'm also looking forward to learning something of the geography and cultures composing India. I've watched enough movies from India on Netflix to know that it's not all jungle, but, really, if I were to ask a random ugly-American brethren or sistren of mine, "In one word, what's India look like?" I expect the answer would be "Jungle." Thanks Kipling. Thanks Disney.

Education of the ignorant aside, it looks like a job well done. Open world, procedural RPGs are a dime a dozen, but good ones are gold, and *Kim* looks like a treasure!

The brutal FPS 'Apocryph' is planned for Linux, looks quite brilliant

Yay! Monsters exploding viscera and strawberry jam everywhere! Apocryph looks like a hilarious gore-filled romp through the red remains and ichor covered innards of my enemies. Wishlisted!

ATOM RPG is a rough, but promising Early Access post-apocalyptic RPG
4 Dec 2017 at 1:16 pm UTC

I'm stoked about what I've seen so far. Keeping in mind that this is definitely an early access title, I'm unfazed by its current rough state, and I fully expect all of its current technical shortcomings will be certainly be ironed out before final release. My only real concern is the amount of gameplay we can expect in the final product. I want a big world to explore! :)

The Signal From Tölva is now officially released for Linux on Steam & GOG

Quoting: KuromiThis sound kinda like 3089 (also robot sandbox shooter) and i freaking love 3089.
Lol, for hours after I began playing it that was exactly my thinking: "This is a more chill Phroot joint." I love Phroot's xx89 series too, so my guess is you'd like SfTolva as well. ;)

I'm 17 hours into Signal from Tolva and I'm loving it. I was a bit worried for the first couple of hours by the game's reduced pacing, but I soon came to appreciate the sense of isolation I felt exploring Tolva's haunting, dreamlike landscapes.

It is not a twitch shooter; it is not "adrenaline-fueled," and the game's aesthetic would be ruined with any sort of multi-player mechanic. Nevertheless, combat is intense and exciting and subtly hallucinatory, requiring an awareness pf all available resources, both internal and external.

Signal of Tolva takes place on "a weird, sprawling, tranquil alien landscape. "Tranquil" does not mean "slow." The game is not "slow." It is well-paced, but it is a relaxed pace where every action has the floaty feeling of slightly lowered gravity. It's a pace that is unusual in a single player FPS, and it won't be appreciated by a certain sort of gamer.
