Quoting: Comandante ÑoñardoThe Murdered: Soul Suspect freeze in cutscene "entering cementery" is present on PROTON 4.2-1 too...
The game in DX9 mode doesn't crash, but there are a lot of graphic glitches, like missing textures.
If it crashes in dx11 but not dx9, you should open a bug report on DXVK github page.

right now it's also free to grab from Bethesda using the code "TES25TH-MORROWIND" until March 31st.
And you have to install the "Betheeda Launcher"...no thanks, I prefer to use the Gog version, without installer.
Uplay, Origin, Epic...to much games clients that are not Linux compatible.

Quoting: [email protected]Anyone managed to get Uplay working with Child of Light? Mine just goes into a zombie process and Uplay does not actually launch.
Uplay is now functionnal with Proton 4.2.
Delete the Child of Light proton game folder "compatdata/256290", launch the game and try disabling uPlay's game overlay in the general uPlay settings.

Strange, I thought it was possible to install .Net 3.5 with Wine 4.X.
But it still does not install with proton 4.2 with this game:
Batman Arkham City GOTA
L.A. NOIRE
Starwars the force unleashed

Quoting: NeoTheFoxThis, right here, is why I'm a Steam loyalist. GOG may be DRM free, but they sure are useless for Linux
Please don't oppose Steam AND Gog, they are two games sellers that support Linux, they all two deserve respect from Linux community.

For Gog users, Lutris is now the "Gog Galaxy" client for Linux, just click install, for a Windows or Linux native game, and play. Lutris scripts system are very powerful to do more than just install a game: you can even install patch, write config file, download and install third party components, activate DXVK or override DLL... A must to have for Linux gamers.
