"On April 1st, Tomb Raider takes the leap onto Linux. Nothing can protect you from the dangers in store, but we can at least test the waters for you. And the forests. And the mountains. To say nothing of the Tombs."It makes sense that they say nothing of the tombs, on account of tombs being nearly nonexistent in the game. :P
Looks like Darkest Dungeon may finally release for Linux next week

Quoting: FeistFair enough, never hurts to be cautious. I can tell you from my experiences that I've played 20+ hours of Sunless Sea and the game has run without a hitch. No crashes, no glitches, smooth sailing (pun definitely intended) 100% of the time. The game throws up a warning for me saying that it wasn't intended to be played above 1080p and I may have problems, but I've run it at 1440p at max settings the whole time and I haven't encountered a single problem. I do wish they had an option to increase font size, though, at 1440p the text is really small. Anyway, that's just my experience. obviously, YMMV.Quoting: soulsourceIsn't Sunless Sea already available? It was part of some Humble Indie Bundle iirc, and it shows in my Steam Library under Linux&Steam OS.Well, yeah it's available. However : "we still have some work to do to support Steam OS before we can tick the little box that says 'Linux and Steam OS'. From the store page it won't look like we are officially supporting Linux, but the build is in fact official."
The build is "official", or so they say. But I've been hesitant whether Steam considers it so be Officially On Linux/A Linux Sale before they actually do tick that little box with the SteamOS/Linux symbol. So I've held off on buying it until that happens

I do love pirate games. For the video it doesn't look like you can board enemy ships (yet?), which is a bummer, but I'm definitely interested. As with any early access game, I'm staying away until it fully releases. I'll reevaluate it at that time.

Quoting: tomtommeWhere is Linux mentioned?Nowhere, but since it's open source there's nothing stopping someone from forking it or porting it.

Nice. Sucks for Feral that an error let the cat out of the bag, but it's cool to get confirmation that the game is coming.
As an aside, that Feral Stonehenge thing should be happening any day now. :D

It has suffered a bit of review-bombing over the introduction of micro-transactions in CS:GO style drops, and buying drills to open them with.Given that earlier the developers vehemently promised that they would never implement microtransactions, I'd say the backlash is warranted.
