Quoting: tuubiTL;DR: Linux gamers should not pre-order, kickstart, pay to be allowed to beta-test (EA) or in any other way support projects or developers if/when it's not certain that this actually benefits Linux as a gaming platform and thus themselves as Linux gamers. Don't trust a developer until they have shown their ability and will to deliver. It's too early for us to take anything as a given.Totally agree, amen to that.

Quoting: BillNyeTheBlackGuyStop being an idiot.@BillNyeTheBlackGuy One step too far - I didn't offend you, so you shouldn't do it either. I have my opinion - I just said it. If you don't like - comment my opinion. But never offend someone.
Anyway I will reply to your comment where you're saying something that makes sence:
Quoting: BillNyeTheBlackGuyThey didn't lie about anything. They underestimated how much work the Linux version was going to be. Everybody who donated for the Linux version can still ask for a refund.Do you really think that this is ok to get this kind of credit where someone pays you money, you keep it for over a year and then you give him back money (without an extra money because of the interest) because you didn't provide a product or service? I think this is just sad that they did this kind of trick. And I don't think it was "underestimation". It was super low priority and lying just to our faces and laughing during this lies.

I know this attitude is not right but I hope this studio will fail. They lied to people who paid for this game on Kickstarter and they never stopped to lie. This game was meant to be released "just after Mac version". Mac version had day one release, Divinity Original Sin is not on Linux over 15 months after release on Mac.
I really admire honesty and clear rules. They do not provide it. Sorry for such a comment here, but this is how I feel regarding this studio.
I'm not saying that I will never buy this game, but I do not feel like buying this game will support Linux gaming so I will get it on some cheap sale.

In my case it made NVidia driver update super easy, while xorg-edgers did not work for some unknown reason. From my perspective it's great improvement!

Hi guys,
I know that games listed by me in previous post work on Steam OS. I just would like to see gameplay in this games including graphic options and fps counter in order to be able to see how good performance on this particular machine is. From my perspective all the games tested (except Victor Vran) are not hard to run on even very old hardware.
