Quoting: BeemerAs long as this is implemented, I'll only be buying games for myself from now on. That means no more four-packs either to give out copies later.Well, the new system may not cover current 4-pack games. Those packs are designed to gift them later. But, two/three/four-pack system would be revamped as well; that might clarify your fears...

Quoting: ColomboDon't mind him. He is either obviously trolling or being a kid who has no idea what he is talking about. Claiming that TotalBiscuit hates StarCraft II while he has a dedicated SC2 channel [External Link] is flat out dumbass. Moreover, again claiming that TotalBiscuit liked No Man's Sky is a shameless lie cause he hated overhype [External Link] surrounding the game so much that he rejected [External Link] covering the game itself. Seriously what the hack?also this is the same person who liked ME : andromeda and no man sky ...and those both where horrible shit..and flopped so badly..oh and he hated starcraft2 also (if I remember correctly)...and he is one of the most Hypocritical & egotistical (Amateur) reviewers.Uh, I might not agree with TotalBiscuit, I might not like what he likes, but in his reviews, he always tries to point out all the flaws and all the pros of each game, regardless of him liking it or hating it. He states quite often that whole point of his reviews is not to tell you what you should like because he likes it, but gives you general overview on how the game is played, what problems the game might have and what is nice on that game using constructive arguments.
and saying that he lifted his SEGA boycott just to reviews this game doesn't make the situation any better ...it makes it way worse..why? try to figure out for yourself at times.
Also, he does reviewing for living, so technically he is professional.

Are you aware that TotalBiscuit is one of the alpha testers of DoW1 to ensure the balance when there was no early access bullocks going on. He lifted his SEGA boykott most probably for the sake of covering DoW3.
Angry Joe? I stopped following him years ago for the health of my ears and sanity...
DoW3 eleminates any possibility of creative strategy by forcing giant mecha elites and base turrets. Thanks to those and early game unit refunds, turtling works pretty well. However I believe there is still hope for DoW3; Steam workshop seems to allow fan made turretless maps. Moreover, as DoW2: Retribution turned out to be the best in DoW2 series, I put my faith to Relic's wisdom.

Quoting: ahjolinnaI cant stand people like TotalBiscuit or angryjoeshow nowdays as they arent what they where before...I dont like them for different reasons TotalBiscuit is horrible gamer and his opinions are just all over the place and his part of this stupid "pc master race shit" same goes with angryjoes (more or less) but what makes it worse with angryjoe is that his has become complete sellout and really lazy.Well, tough shait mate. TotalBiscuit never claimed to be a great gamer; he is a a video games critic for all intents and purposes. Hack, it sounds like one needs to be a outstanding footballer to commentate football matches; are you insane or what?

Pros to Crema and Liam for using the term "rogue-lite" instead of "roguelike" nonsense.

Steam now has a bunch of Anime shows you can buy, also a sale on Anime games

My biggest problem with Crunchyroll is the region blocked content and Flash Player requirement for desktop users. I reject to use VPN for the content (ie Dragon Ball) that I pay for and push my PC to its limit to just watch 1080p low bitrate video due to forced Flash Player. If Steam provides region free content without needing Flash Player, I would seriously consider buying for it. BUT, Steam client's video performance is already mediocre and I haven't notice any of Dragon Ball anime series or movies on Steam yet...

Quoting: SolitaryI am somewhat confident that you do not have Snarks during first encounter with BlackOps.As I have pointed out I have cheated to let snarks eat them. But, if I am not mistaken there was a some sort of storage section that player encounters Black Ops just before Lambda Core; it should be bm_c3a2a of Lambda Core. That's a pretty late game that player should be holding almost whole arsenal.
Arma: Cold War Assault released for Linux & Mac, but it's separated from the Windows version

This is strange... As the game is ported by Virtual Programming by using eON, the Windows build is there under the hood which means cross-play between GNU/Linux, macOS and Windows shouldn't be an issue. When Feral Interactive fails to deliver Linux/Mac to Windows multiplayer due to "differences in the maths" on different operating systems, it is bitter but understandable.
But, selling cross-platform multiplayer compatible game with different app id is "a bit" greedy. VP clearly does not want to deal with OS statistics to divide the income with Bohemia Interactive. Thankfully the price point is so low that it wouldn't be counted as a big issue. But I dearly hope that wouldn't turn into a common custom for Linux games.

The awesome looking FPS 'STRAFE' has been delayed, with no set Linux release date now

Question: What does Strafe add to Quake/Unreal formula? Aside from weapon customization, pretty much nothing. They picked the esthetic that I despise the most; voxel art... Here comes from John Romero; "if you make a game with Quake engine but it could be easily made with Doom engine, you failed". It is 2017, they use the most recent version of Unity engine but the game looks like Quake 1 and plays like Unreal Tournament (1999). Sorry, they need to add more than cheesy 90's trailers to convince me.
