Unfortunately, the game was not sold well, therefor the dev criticized the current form of the industry. Here is the comment of TotalBiscuit regarding the issue. The game looks nice.

Eventhough it breaks my heart a lot, I can understand the difficulty to make a crossplatform multiplayer release. As the developers stated on Reddit, if the netcode of the game uses OS specific libraries and rules; then it is extremely hard to provide crossplatform multiplayer support. Besides, there is an already established and active player base of Company of Heroes 2; it would be pretty risky to replace the gamecode of the Windows builds. I got it, fine. What I cannot get is the reason behind Linux vs Linux and Mac vs Mac multiplayer limitation. I mean, since both builds were handled by Feral, why did they not use same or Linux/Mac compatible middleware for multiplayer? That is a big shame...

Quoting: khalismurI also doubt Aspyr would port KOTOR or NW2. Maybe DA: O...Well, Aspyr has just ported KOTOR 2, why would they not port also KOTOR in the future?

Well, it is nice to have such projects. However, the original Neverwinter Nights has been ported into GNU/Linux more than a decade ago and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II – The Sith Lords has just been ported recently. As it was proven by many other projects, overextending may result unfinished or failed ports. It would be nice if the developers touch upon the games one by one starting with one of following games; Neverwinter Nights 2, The Witcher, Dragon Age: Origins. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is likely to be ported by Aspyr if the Linux port of KotOR 2 is turned out to be a success. Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood is a Nintendo DS exclusive and it would be hard or even legally impossible to gather game assets for PC gamers.

Well, I appreciate DOSBox release of Blood for GNU/Linux; but I do not see the appeal for playing Duke Nukem 3D and Shadow Warrior via DOSBox while Steam offers pretty solid source ports. Besides Duke Nukem 3D on Steam has Steam Workshop support which allows players to install mods easily. If you argue with the superiority of Free source ports like eduke32, Steam offers required game files without DRM. Unless the Linux version will be released on Steam, I probably buy Blood on GOG; but I cannot say the same for the other two.

So, that is a sequel of original Shadow Warrior. Why the hack did they not name 2013 prequel differently then?
Logitech F310 Gamepad Review On Linux

Quoting: adolsonI have a bunch of gamepads*, but the one I am using now is the Nexus Gamepad [External Link] by ASUS. It took much messing around to get working, but once I did, I haven't looked back. I even traded my previous favorite Logitech F710 (wireless version of F310, with rumble) for a second Nexus Gamepad to a friend who couldn't make it useful on Windows. The receiver for the F710 has a pathetic range - not suitable for the tenfoot experience whatsoever, and the battery compartment makes it less comfortable to hold than the F310.Holy crap! I have just checked and Nexus Gamepad needs no receiver; as long as you have bult-in Bluetooth. I hate to use seperate receivers for different devices. Thanks for informing!
