I believe in TIMED EXCLUSIVES games (like 6 months and no more than a year) because they push the main platform.

You can choose to wait for to play it on your favourite platform (with the bugs fixed and dlc's released ) or purchase the times exclusive device and play THAT game on day 1 release.

Proton is missing proprietary video codecs. Use proton-ge-custom instead which is built with this codecsupport. Should run fine with it.

With PROTON NEXT (7.0-5), it works fine... SO it must be something bad with the experimental build.
