Hmmmm this kind of reminds me of Zafehouse Diaries but I'd like to see some gameplay to be absolutely sure...

"It does also seem to still suffer a few graphical glitches on Linux, "

Any chance you would be willing to specify whether this happens in general or with a particular combination of drivers/hardware?
I'm afraid I have only my own hardware to test. A number of Unity games have similar issues.
No worries, I simply thought you may have seen a trend either with Nvidia + the blob or AMD + open source drivers or something of the sort :)

Quoting: TheBardWhen it's about getting easy money from us, gog is very good (a DOSBox wrapper is not a hard thing at all). But to port a client that is sometimes required for multiplayer (Zombasite) then they ignore us. I'm looking forward when Itch.io is the main DRM-Free store. At least they treast us well.
I don't get the issue? Zombasite is on GOG [External Link] with a Linux version.

Also, it's not up to GOG to get Linux versions on the store, that's up to the original developer. DOSBox games are entirely different.
Zombasite also doesn't require a client for multiplayer since it uses Soldak's own implementation thereof.

I ask that because they were just released on GOG.

Faeria is another Unity game that is partially broken on Linux due to an engine update, here's a quick fix

Quoting: istispThat bug is not new, but it usually hits games in windowed mode. A lot of Unity games crash my Cinnamon desktop when I try to drag the window around. I guess it only hits rescalable windows though. Games that are affected include Kerbal Space Program, Infinifactory and SlimeRancher.
That's an entirely different issue by the sounds of it. This is something new with Unity 5.6 and full-screen games.
I've been hit by the full screen bug way before Unity 5.6. I recall I had this issue with Bionic Dues a year or so ago where the game would crash when I attempted to run it it in full screen mode but would work fine in windowed mode.

^_^
You can actually use winetricks as Austin English implemented the ability to turn CSMT off and on in the registry. Here's the initial commit: https://github.com/Winetricks/winetricks/commit/3f50cf9e6b142b1ed31739f7b7f14bfd07ce7ae0 [External Link] and the follow-up commit to correct a bug within the initial commit: https://github.com/Winetricks/winetricks/commit/35eb15ff45656165dff5e9e173ec5d162144ee2c [External Link]

Here's how the CSMT on/off setting looks in winetricks:

They've gotten pretty far, imho.

For example, The Flame in the Flood is perfectly playable now and that game was not even able to start just a year ago (I know because I filed a few bugs for it myself). Now, I can play it and it looks really good. There are some minor graphic differences when compared to the Windows version (some colors look a bit darker in Wine than Windows) but other than that, it plays perfectly.

Linux gamers on Arch may want to hold off on updating due to openssl breaking some games (updated)

Man, I am glad I am not in the mood to play XCOM2...

All I know is that I had 300+ updates waiting for me (yes, i update my system everyday) and now some games don't work. Oh well, at least the ones that don't work I can wait on so I'll just wait for the maintainers to fix this...
