Screw 'em. Either release it for Linux, or don't, but don't expect us to beg for it.

Quoting: salamanderrakeGlad I don't care about multiplayer with this game, but this is some bull shit, all the time its Linux and Mac multiplayer, no windows, thats what kills the chances in some games picking up on Mac and Linux, like with Arma3.
It's not bullshit. Different maths libraries make cross-platform multiplayer impossible because matches would quickly become out of sync. This will always be a problem for games that were built for Windows first and ported to Linux second. The only way around it is to use a cross-platform maths library, but Windows-only game houses don't think of that sort of thing and use whatever is built into Windows.

Quoting: KeyrockGreat to see, even if RTS isn't exactly in my wheelhouse.
Yeah. I love the idea of RTS games, but I'm rather terrible at them, so they're not much fun to play. Turn-based strategy is more my thing.
Have you tried any of the Paradox ones ? The allow you to slow down time or pause outright.
Oh, I love the Paradox games. I own four of them - Crusader Kings 2, Europa Universalis 4, Hearts of Iron 4, and Stellaris - but they play more like a turn-based strategy game even though events happen in real-time.

Quoting: drmothI honestly can't believe we now have so many Total War games. I would never have guessed this a few years back! THANKS FERAL
It's ironic that we still don't have Total War Rome 2, which was the only Total War game officially announced during the Steam OS launch.

Total Warhammer is enough Total War for me. I really don't want another Total War game.

This looks awesome. I love strategy games, I love giant robots, and it's coming from two good studios. I'm sold.

I've heard it's a bit shallow. One of the main reasons I haven't been interested in it even though it looks like my kind of game. No great loss, really, because my collection of Paradox titles has all the depth and complexity I could ever want in a game.

The 'Razer DeathAdder Chroma' is quite possibly the nicest mouse I've ever owned

Quoting: numasanI've been scouting for another, hopefully "for life", quality mouse that won't just break out of the blue, and I might go for the BenQ Zowie EC2-A as it is completely driverless and highly regarded...
Zowie mice are excellent. I highly recommend them.
