I only clicked on this article because the front-page thumbnail had a picture of an adorable otter holding a small sphere. Where is that picture in the article!

"Eco-friendly", huh? So will it feature "green" industries that bleed your tax coffers dry with nothing to show for it before suddenly declaring bankruptcy?

Because of good marketing. But biggest part of userbase existed because of in game auction house and paypal colloboration. My friends earned over 2k euro from loot selling. However still Diablo 3 worst than diablo 2.

That really doesn't explain Diablo 3's continued success and profitability.

Come on, Diablo III brought pretty much nothing to the genre aside from some unnecessary MMO mechanics. On the other hand, Torchlight series had plenty of nice ideas such as fighter/inventory/carrier pet, weapon enhancements as well Steam Workshop.

It brought a lot more then that. The skill and character progression system in particular is a game changer. Also companions with their own gear and skillset who fight by your side. And the biggest: a nearly infinite variety of viable character builds.

In short, Diablo 3 is a lot more innovative than it gets credit for. But most importantly, it's just plain fun.

Next is about price. 44,99€ is too expensive for this games from few reviews I see that this game should cost about half this price, maybe 19€ and all should be fine but for 45€? Too much.

There's a demo, but it seems it's only available for Windows.
