I read an article a week or two ago and it started off by saying "What if I told you by this time next year the hottest thing in gaming won't be Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo but it will be Valve with Steam machines." Or something like that, and you know what it might be, it seems like that's where it is headed. Thanks Valve, for making gaming on Linux a thing and slowly bringing to main stream!

I am actually surprised it has taken this long for some big corporation (in this Sony) to put an offer on From Software considering their track record for better part of the past 15 years.

Ubuntu 24.10, Kubuntu 24.10 and other Linux flavours now officially released

I upgraded one of my laptop that runs Ubuntu last night. Took like 30 minutes or so, and worked out great. Loving it. Tomorrow I plan on doing the other which run Kubuntu. Looking forward to some Plasma 6 goodness!

Fun game, I have a Broken Sword game, not sure which one. I used to play it via Steam Link on my phone whenever I had to wait around my kid's extra curricular activity class to be done.

I will wait for the Steam version, I bought the fist one Linux not on Steam and now I have no idea where the installer in. Probably on the dark corner of my NAS. Guess I could get it from the eShop for my Switch, but I rather have it as game on the go via Steam Link. :happy:
