Unbound: Worlds Apart Prologue, a free intro to an upcoming metroidvania puzzle-platformer with portals

I just got around to playing the demo. It worked very well for me and my steam controller had no problem.

The precision of the platforming was no problem. Very much standard for the style of game, really. Found all the little hidden villagers.

I enjoyed the puzzles and look forward to the full game.

Interesting that a bunch of new games have been inspired by Human Resource Machine. I like how they have taken a different visual style with the programming pane.

This looks interesting. I hope his ideas can be rolled back in to KWin once the project is mature.

Quoting: MohandevirDoes it means that Valve is planning on using KWinFt at some point? SteamOS Clockwerk? Gamescope?
That was a question that jumped out to me, as well.

Quoting: no_information_hereI think I already have everything I want from this bundle. For anyone who still hasn't played it, I recently installed Bioshock remastered under Proton and played an hour or so. It seems to be working well.
Nice. Just bought it on GOG a few hours ago, so it's good to hear it will likely run well on Linux. Had intended to play the classic version, but sounds like the remaster is okay now? Heard it was very liable to crashing.
Not sure how it would apply to general wine, but I used the no-esync flag mentioned on protondb:

Wow, that looks great.

I really liked Aer and this seems to catch some of that same sense of freedom.

A newly public patent (filed in 2018) from Valve shows a Steam Controller with attachments

Quoting: Mountain ManIn my opinion, the Steam Controller is the best gamepad ever made. It's disappointing that it never caught on, but I suppose that's a consequence of Valve's almost nonexistent marketing.
I agree.

A D-pad and 4 back buttons will make it even better!

That looks hilarious. Wishlisted.

Although the other game is not Linux native, it looks like it runs fine in proton.
