Stadia Pro games for June include Blue Fire, MotoGP20 and more - ARK arrives this 'Summer'

Quoting: NugrudIs it possible to remove or hide claimed games from pro, there are those that you found out are completely not in your taste and now just clutter your list?
If you have the Stadia Enhanced extension installed (which I must say is a must considering the lack of options in Stadia's interface) then yes, you can hide them.

Google says Stadia is very much 'alive and well' according to a new interview

What I like about Stadia right now as a gaming platform is, well, its users.

I think that by now is crystal clear that the "classic" gamer doesn't like Stadia. Is just too different from what he knows and what he values, to wrap his mind around it.

People that do use Stadia have a different mindset, many were never interested in games or rather investing in gaming hardware, while some are former gamers that had to stop because you know, life.
While much maligned, this no-hardware Stadia model gives these people the chance to get (back) into gaming. The entry price is low and if it doesn't work, well, there's not much to loose.
As a result, the people that I usually meet on Stadia are mostly in their 30s or more, and they are much more relaxed, friendly and funny. Having played Destiny on both PC and Stadia I can say that the difference is immense. On PC there's this fierce competition and testosterone overflowing, while on Stadia folks just want to have some fun, sometimes stopping in the middle of a strike just to chat or crack jokes.

Of course, if Stadia gets popular all this will go away, but for the time being is a sweet place to be.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is free on Stadia Pro, Head of Product at Stadia leaves

Quoting: GuestAs far as I'm aware, the interfaces for Stadia aren't public knowledge, and are probably NDA'd by Google. So nobody can really create a Stadia runtime that way.

Even if SDL2 is used and some non-public branch provided, there's still likely a few things Stadia specific. A game wouldn't be binary compatible on a desktop.
Yeah, but that was just mentioned in the eventuality of Google stop caring about Stadia and shutting it down, then maybe they'll lift the NDA's and open the specs.
I really don't know, just throwing random thoughts in the air.

Quoting: MohandevirI have no doubt that the Linux community would find a way, but would Google ever consider this before pulling the plug? I was thinking about the other 98% (total guess) of Stadia users that know nothing about Linux. What would be in it for them?
Ah yes, I forgot about that.
But hey, maybe it'll work under WSL too:)

Yeah Humble Bundle was great, I loved the very first years with all those Linux bundles, they were so funny with those Arnold impersonations :)
Anyway, in time they shifted more and more from the original "humble" spirit, for all I care they can put the sliders back, and take them out again, I couldn't care less.
They're just a bundle "that I used to know".

Quoting: MohandevirI'm just wondering what could be done with a Stadia build, whitout the api and some way to run it?
Maybe "we" could implement some kind of "Stadia-Runtime" that can be used in any distro.

The final version of the free FPS, Wolfenstein: Blade of Agony, is out now with Chapter 3

OK, thanks.
I imagined that is the "correct" behavior, but I hoped there are some tweaks or patches around to workaround it.
I did found a patch for Doom that looks to be what I want, but not sure if it still works or is applicable for this game.

Anything that can be done to eliminate the floating movement style? The game seems to work just fine, but I feel like I'm skating, every time I take just a small step for example, I'm sliding an extra meter. Feels particularly nauseating especially when I'm strafing, like I'm loosing my balance or something.
Is not lag or anything, is just like ice under my feet.
