SteamTinkerLaunch is a huge all in one Linux wrapper tool for gaming

Quoting: DMGI watched github page and not really sure, how simple that too is for regular user. Does it sets best settings for every game by default or it just gives option to set everything on my own? Because from screenshot of settings it looks so complicated
Well, that's why it was suggested for people who like to tinker. If you don't, then move on. I will probably not mess with it myself. I may be an Arch user, but that doesn't mean I have no limit to the amount of tedium I want to deal with. :)

Why not?
There is a time limit to complete the objective. The objective requires an enormous amount of food stored. One of the failures, we didn't even know how much food we needed. Another, we ran out of time.

No offense but maybe you did something wrong...

I finish the History Mode in Hard (at a moment where it was harder than now). If I remember well, you don't need food amount in the first mission... You just need to discover and get north of the map then build a Drakkar Dock. Nothing else...

Spoiler, click me
Like this then you win :
Quite.

We must not be on the first mission then. Maybe the second.

EDIT: OK, my friend and I are trying to beat a conquest. I took a screenshot. The objective requires a large amount of food to conquer, which came as a surprise.

NVIDIA GeForce NOW on Linux can run without user agent spoofing in a browser
18 September 2020 at 3:24 pm UTC

I'm happy to see this as another possible option since Baldur's Gate 3 is really tempting me to use a streaming service. I am hoping it works via Proton soon after release, but if GeForce NOW enables me to play the Steam version of the game, it lessens the risk of purchase a bit.

Looks like I should start a habit of going to the Epic Store and claiming a free game every month so that I have a library to play if I subscribe to GeForce NOW.

Quoting: rcritI know that work ain't free but I'm not really up to buying NWN for a 3rd time. I have a boxed edition somewhere, I bought Diamond from GoG already and now another version...
Well, you get to keep that version as-is ;)

Quoting: 14Glad to see Steam has a demo button. I want to try it out. Only problem is, my friends and I have a fairly stable schedule of playing board games in person, so playing online isn't a large desire for us. I think I would need to add a different circle of players to get some use out of it.
I was always an "in person" man myself, but with Covid we went virtual . . . we'd probably have gone to in person, at a park maybe, for the summer except one of our GMs is married to a doctor and so is being especially careful.
We were on a break for about two months or so where we played regular PC/PS4 games online on our schedule instead of anything in person. We could have used it then. But now we play tabletop in person again.
