Thanks for your huge effort this year Liam (and other GoL contributors)!

Here I am, typing my ever-increasing number of posts saying I bought a game after trying to convince myself I wasn't going to do it this month.

The design brings memories of 80s cartoons and the voice evokes the beginning of a tale. In addition, the highlights and little text from Liam makes the game stand from the typical game released nowadays if by the time is released happens to hold true. For now, it has me interested and looking forward to it.

Quoting: ArehandoroI might consider if it was at half the price. That would put more VRs in people's homes.
Oculus Rift S, while technically not as advanced as Index, is $399, which is less than half the price of Index. It works really well and is much easier to set up than Index. People expect it to be available for $349 on Black Friday.

Unfortunately no Linux support, not even a half-baked one like Index.
Then it isn't a real option ;)

So would you say the game released stands on its own? (I don't want to read much about it, that's why I'm asking...)
Actually, no, I don't think so. Apparently I had forgotten the abrupt final it had :/

Quoting: EikeA propos dark adventure games...
I waited years for "Dead Synchronicity" and "Kentucky Route Zero" to finally get a last episode (to then buy them). It seems hopes for both are about zero?
I thought Dead Synchronicity was a standalone game? It definitely didn't feel unfinished when I completed it. As for KRZ the last episode is set to be released this year, perhaps we are lucky enough :)

EDIT: Although the website still states 2016 and SSL certificate is not even valid.

EDIT 2: And just read Dead Synchronicity is the first instalment of the series lol.

EDIT 3: Reading about Dead Synchronicity's final again it seems I do not remember much about it either hahaha.

I tend to like Visual Novels but not sure whether I like the design of what I've seen so far.
