Quoting: GuestGosh.. I would love to see Rome Total War 2 as promised way back 2013, Star Citizen, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Skyrim and any of the Men of War series. But I guess we all know that's never going to happen.I thought Kingdom Come: Deliverance had a planned Linux version right from the beginning?

Regarding not yet released titles, I'd love to see No Man's Sky on Linux. Alternatively, a nice PS4 remote play client would be awesome, as my girlfriend tends to occupy the TV...
Already released Windows games that I'd like to see on Linux would be for instance The Whispered World, Undertale (which should be in development already), and SimplePlanes.

I agree with QuanTuM, you should definitely give the trilogy a chance. The setting is absolutely hilarious, and the characters are amiable, even Rufus. Trust me, the dialogues will likely make you laugh so hard, you're going to cry.
Also, the soundtrack is awesome. Poki speaks/sings the narrator himself, I think also in the English version of the game, and the lyrics are epic. Don't look them up on Youtube, you'd suffer massive spoilers, as they summarize the chapters of the game.
Edit:
@stan: It's part of the game's humour that it's illogical. In order to progress, one has to think like Rufus. It's always a good idea to blow stuff up, set things on fire, and totally neglect the safety of other characters (and of course also of Rufus - in part 3 it'll get clear why).

I have never had luck with the Linux version of TerraTech. The payload terminals simply don't work - they only present empty lists, no parts available - maybe the GoG testers experienced the same?
OUYA is blocking a Linux version of That Dragon, Cancer being on Steam

I also consider the OUYA story a bad excuse.
At least they were honest enough to confess that they didn't have enough resources to finish a well tested Linux build until the release date.

Ori and the Blind Forest developer clarifies why a Linux port is up to Microsoft

I think asking Microsoft Studios might not be the worst idea here. There are already some Microsoft Studios titles available for Linux, and if Ori would be easy to port (Unity...), it might actually pay off for them, financially.
Of course Microsoft are still trying to push their own platforms, but they recently also published software for other platforms as well - they actively developed Android Apps, and they released several programs for (desktop) Linux, the most notable being the Visual Studio code editor.

DoubleFine seem to have attracted a bit of a mess with Psychonauts 2 funding

As much as I like Double Fine and their games, I sadly have to agree regarding the sales numbers displayed in the Fig campaign. The only sales that really count are the retail sales before Psychonauts has been available for a few cents per copy.
While I don't expect them to really let Fig Publishing just go bankrupt and run with their investor's money, I'd still consider investing to be risky, simply because it's hard to impossible to estimate the number of sales of Psychonauts 2.

Well, I'm still looking forward to the hopefully coming release, and will probably be one of those who are going to suffer the initial version, before the first bugfixes ;-)
Unity 5.3 released, hello modern OpenGL system for Linux gaming

I've been following the Devnotes of Squad (Kerbal Space Program), and they've been quite busy for the last 6 months or so with changing the Unity version they are using - yet in their case it's from 4.something to 5.2. They had to do some major rewrites in order to get their game to work the way it was before again. On the other hand they updated their engine several times between various 4.x versions, and that usually was a matter of a few days/weeks. If the Unity developers keep the same scheme, only to break the API with major release version changes, we might have some games switching to Unity 5.3.
Still, I wouldn't expect any bigger game company to change engine version during development. Typically developers choose an engine version, and if it doesn't have any really critical bugs, they stick to it.

Quoting: Mountain ManI hope the Cities: Skylines developers are paying attention. We might finally get good performance in Linux. What's wrong with its performance? For me (Radeon R9 270X with open source drivers) it's running very well. I'm not at maximum settings, as I had to decrease shadow quality to medium, but I'd say that's more than close enough.
Quoting: Segata SanshiroHow easy is it for developers to upgrade? That's my concern here. That's a very good question. I think it depends on the version of Unity a project would be upgrading from.
