I played this game back when it was simply Gene Shift, but apparently it's a bit different now to the game that I remember! I'm sure I'll give it another try at some point.

Broforce was great fun, so I look forward to the update! One of the few games I've actually bothered to completely finish :-)

Does this mean that they'll be adding substandard code and then fudging the test results?
Mystery adventure Kona II: Brume gets a Linux demo ready for Steam Deck

Back in the 80s my friends and I would spend hours trying to figure out something obscure in a game until we got it right. The games were often short but frustratingly difficult, but we found that rewarding

Quoting: morbiusGood games guide you towards what they want you to discover. In Kona, there is a magnet that you don't know that you need, hidden behind a house that you have no reason to go around back. That's just bad game design.I disagree. Some games encourage and reward exploration. If all the player has to do is follow the game's lead then it doesn't seem much of a game to me.

The original game was excellent and the hour-or-so that I've played of the demo of Kona II looks good so far. Sadly, I've been experiencing a few CTDs whilst using the Linux build, though the game works excellently in Proton.

I have two Boss Cells and the regular game gives me enough pain. The Boss Rush can wait for a while :-)

I would like to imagine that Valve have already been in touch with EA about this. Still, the only EA games I play are the Dragon Age series and they don't (currently) have rootkits!

Quoting: constWell, I'm not in the US so - presumably - yes!Quoting: robvvI noticed the Amazon Games integration a few days ago and was very pleased. I have a lot of freebies in my Prime account and previously had to jump through hoops to install them. Now I just need to decide if anything in my account is actually worth playing... :wink:Does it work for any countries Amazon or only US?
