I can't bring myself to trust them. I Kickstarted the first game and then they pulled the Linux support afterwards. To their credit, they did give a refund.

I get the decision, I'm not even mad. The native version was janky compared to Proton, and there is one less version for them to maintain etc etc.
Still should have been communicated a bit better before it happened though.

As much fun as it is to take the piss out of one another, it pains me to admit that NZ has some beautiful scenery. I'm sure Gaben is loving it.

Quoting: udekmp69I have the controversial opinion that Linux native ports should be treated as legacy, and that Proton is what we should be striving for.Controversial, but I get it. It kind of reminds of "IBM PC-compatible" computers. Except in our case we'd just be "Windows compatible".

But hey, at the end of the day its your money you're free to choose what you want to do with it. Personally, I just use Steam.

KDE Plasma 6 gets double-click to open by default and other improvements

Quoting: Mountain ManSingle click to open is the right way as far as I'm concerned. It just makes the most sense when you consider that the interface in every other piece of software you use on a computer only requires single clicks, so why should the desktop be the sole exception?Because of Windows. I grew up on Windows, and first experienced single click in KDE when trying to select a file. I thought my mouse button was super sensitive or something.

Quoting: ThomasI haven't played any of the Money Island games yet because of lack of time. Can the game be enjoyed without playing the previous games?Teeeechnically yes, but you'd miss a lot of the references. I'd play Monkey Island 1 and 2 anyway, they are classic adventure games!
