Leaving Lyndow removes Linux support from Steam due to masses of bug reports

Pro tip: when releasing a game, outsource the platforms you know nothing about, in best case scenario look for a company that will take care of multiple platforms at the same time (Mac, Linux, consoles).

Paradigm, probably the strangest game I've ever played is now on Linux

The game's full of Central/Eastern Europe jokes as well :) For example "DUPA" means "ASS" in Polish :)

The Linux version is a bit bugged (mostly visuals, nothing gameplay-breaking) but it's still my favorite zombie game - and I don't even like zombie games! Grab it while it's hot :)

Quoting: wojtek88Sorry for being ignorant, but I felt I must ask:
Why is this information worth writing article about?
Don't get me wrong, I don't want to criticize here, I just want to understand, because honestly this information seems to have no value at all.
There's no such thing as an information without value :)

But yes, it's not much different from, let's say, an information that Steam got packaged for yet another distro ;)

It's really weird, seeing popular media outlets reporting Steam Machines ending up an enormous fiasco but also reading all those news of new Mesa developers continously being hired by Valve. And then Valve focusing on VR. Not sure what to think about it.

If nothing else, perhaps at some point all modern Radeon products will finally be a viable choice on Linux ;)

Quoting: lucifertdark(...) Would I be missing a lot with only the base game of Tropico 5?
I played only the base game without DLCs, completed the campaign and it was really fun. DLCs are purely optional.

This time around, Limbic Entertainment will be developing the game, who previously worked on a Might & Magic title.
It's actually a HoMM game, the title confusion comes from the Ubisoft manipulating with the title ;)
