It was one of the first high profile Linux native ports by Feral that I purchased. Such a shame.

Flathub now has over one million active users

Btw don't get me wrong, I would probably still rather have all this software available as a centralized Debian repository :P Since that is not possible, flatpak and flathub works nicely.

I went from a flatpak vocal sceptic to a regular user and supporter. I like having that much non-free modern software at hand. Can't find where I can support flathub monetarily though. The repo maintainers deserve our full support.

Is there anything you're hoping to get fixed up in Wine soon?
Honestly? Not anymore. At this stage I expect games to support Wine rather than the other way round...

What a reality to live in.

Do you stick with the Stable Steam Client or like me do you live on the wild side and basically always stick with the Steam Beta?
I exist in a state of ongoing flux, shifting between beta and stable depending on the current intensity of bugs 😛

Quoting: Tchey
Quoting: hardpenguinI really would love to play this but I would rather do it on Steam so I can invite my friends to play with me.
Send them a message and go play together ? I’m an heavy Steam user for many years, but i never think there is ONLY Steam in my gamer’s life. Vintage Story is an amazing game, it seems a bit silly not to play it for such reasons. It’s not like it’s on an other EVILCORP system like Epic, it’s simply direct, straight, from devs, to players, and native Linux (i would understand the "need" for Proton, but here it’s not needed at all).
Joke's on you I don't actually have any gaming friends

Time Survivors is the most completely absurd Vampire Survivors-like yet

Well, even Vampire Survivors sports the Steam tag for "Action Roguelike". You could say that survivor-like is a subgenre of action roguelike, which is a mash up of two other genres.
