Quoting: ShmerlDoes this mean they'll stop releasing 32-bit drivers altogether? So let's say Nvidia blob users won't be able to run 32-bit games anymore (including in Wine)? That's quite a huge amount of games really.
No. It was already said somewhere that 32 bit libraries needed to run 32 bit software on 64 bit distribution would be unaffected.

Linux Mint 18.3, cinnamon
For Linux Mint you can add the graphics-drivers ppa to get newer drivers.

The Humble Strategy Bundle has a few interesting Linux games

Quoting: TeodosioI would buy it if it weren't for all the Endless games included. Amplitude (the developer) made a point not to support GNU/Linux.
In case of bundles that's not really a reason. You can explicitly deny them any money by customising the distribution. I always zero the non-Linux games when I buy bundles.

Also good to see that there is someone from nvidia in the DXVK issue tracker to pick up all these issues quickly.

I wonder why they chose to stream the Linux version when Mac version is releasing two days later. Also, it's not really a delay since a date was never announced.

Just DX11 (and maybe DX10 later). DX9 is different.

Feral Interactive to show off Rise of the Tomb Raider on Linux next week live on Twitch

Quoting: sbolokanovIf you want to see Feral and Aspyr games in GOG do spare the time and click the +1 button in this wishlist entry: https://www.gog.com/wishlist/site/bring_feral_interactive_and_aspyr_to_gog [External Link]
A bit silly even. For that to happen, Square Enix should put these games on gog first.

The Witcher 3 didn't come to Linux likely as a result of the user-backlash from The Witcher 2

Yes, a sensible company will leave millions on the table if their manpower is better spent elsewhere. The harsh reality of the world.

Quoting: KelsRemember that not everyone in the Linux community is on GoG. Not everyone speaks up. It's generally assumed that if one person expresses interest, they represent several others who simply don't speak up or use that platform.
One percent is still one percent. If a business can use its people to do something more and get a larger return, then they'll do that and forget about the one percent. If you want to be a strict 'no tux, no bux'er, you'll have to accept that you'll miss out on some stuff.
