Very good game and comparatively few issues for an early access. They were quite lucky in their release timing though. So many people that love Factory games were in a holding pattern for the release of Satisfactory 1.0 and the Factorio expansion. This dropped 4 weeks ahead of the first to tie people over.

At least it's a paid upgrade, so you can just ignore it if it adds a mandatory PSN account.

Hold on a minute, it's how old? No, it can't be. How is it 7 years since the original release? Is time speeding up as I get older or what?
And that'll get worse and worse as you progress with your character development.

Not surprised that the kickstarter is going well. The dev has shown to be capable of creating and finishing an engaging game in that style, so it's a relatively safe bet.

Quoting: NagezahnWhile it does look interesting and I'm all for relationship building, it seems that we can't expect any queer romance options given the developer is based in China.
You'd be wrong. First game allowed that, so unless they paddled back, there are no limitations.

Quoting: BelaptirIt's crap.

They restricted it so much that you must be in the same household (aka under the same roof) to invite someone. People reporting everywhere that not even if they live in the same building but different apartments works. You need to be under the same roof and, apparently, show activity that proves it.

We thought it was a downgrade because we couldn't invite people from the same region but a different country, but this is even worse.
And? That's what this is for. Having parents share their games with their children so they don't need to pay for multiple copies unless they want to play together. Before this unintended use was gated by locking down the library. With that relaxed, it's no surprise that they took other measures to force its intent.

Quoting: EagleDeltaThere are publishers who have removed a game from Steam and also removed it to download. It's rare, but it does happen.
Which one? So far I've only seen removed depots and I haven't checked whether they could be extracted from older manifests.
I only know of one instance of this, when Driver: San Francisco was delisted entirely.
This one and the games EagleDelta mentioned all show up the same in SteamDB. Depots still exist, but give a download size of 0. However, SteamDB still lists all the files with sizes. Only one old manifest from 2014 left though. I do wonder what would happen if you manually downloaded it.

Even if we disregard the possible legal aspects, that is a pretty giant breach of trust. Both for the publisher for doing it and itch.io for allowing it.

Sounds kind of similar to the Campo Santo thing. Which was kind of sad because I wanted to see their next game. But it also gave us Half-Life: Alyx, which was amazing. So I do wonder what they're cooking up.
