We'd also like to thank Alex V.Sharp for his superb new rendition of The Funding Crowd's tagline image. :)

CLARK, An Isometric Puzzle-Arcade Game On Greenlight

Quoting: "liamdawe"The only problem I have with this is that it already has Linux in the platforms list, even though they don't currently support it.
Yeah, it's a common practice I hate too. The game looks very promising though, it's very reminiscent of McDROID but at a slower pace and with puzzles, just as I like. :)

Tesla Effect: A Tex Murphy Adventure Will Be Release On Linux
9 Sep 2013 at 5:24 pm UTC

Well, the Tex Murphy Kickstarter [External Link] ended on June 16 2012, and Unity 4 (the first version that supported Ubuntu exportation) wasn't announced until 2 days later [External Link], so...

Last Genesis Survival Game Will Support Linux

It seems like they are crowdfunding the game on their own website and use Kickstarter as a synonym for crowdfunding.

PS: I also guess they mean "transported to a mysterious wilderness"...

Life goes on - Demo available for Linux

I was convinced this game had already been featured here, but I was wrong. I played the demo a couple of months ago and it totally got me. Really looking forward to this one. :)

Done. :)

Re: Crash Point, it's sad it didn't get funded but they kind of deserved it. Their PR was totally inexistent.

The Cheapskate's Corner 16 (Aug 29th - Sep 4th)
30 Aug 2013 at 12:33 pm UTC

Could be, but it could also be due to the fact that the only Linux title is Crusader Kings II, it's beat-the-average, and having been one of the first AAA games to hit Linux on Steam and having been featured in many sales before, anyone interested must have it already.

And Linux users are still the ones who pay by large the most for the bundle -- the beat-the-average issue might have something to do in this respect, of course.

Quoting: EdgarJust a note, Zigfrak is tagged as "DRM Free" in the sales page but I think it requires online activation.
I know. In fact, several ShinyLoot games require a one-time activation so they aren't strictly DRM-free. However, the Download column in the sales page is mainly a way to indicate whether you're purchasing a Desura code, a Steam key or a direct download. Anyway, we may change this soon... Gotta talk with the boss. ;)

Quoting: LinasSpeaking of Shiny Loot, I would like to share a story.

[...]

So all I had to do is ask. Thank you Shiny Loot!
Yeah, ShinyLoot is definitely the new Good Guy in our hearts. Sorry, IndieGameStand! :P

Quoting: DaifukuI hate paying for games I cant play. I dont think I am going to get more bundles with only 1 or 2 linux games.
I hate it too. That's why I prefer one-game deals (individual sales, IndieGameStand deals...) or bundles where you can choose where exactly does your money go (Humble Bundles, Groupees's Build-A-Bundle deals...) so you can truly reward those devs who care and release their games on Linux.
