Mesa 13.0.4 stable released, time to update to get the latest fixes

Juste installed a Radeon RX480 (with latest stable MESA) and judging by the Heaven benchmark it's notably slower than my HD7970 Ghz was in Windows 7 on the same rig two years back :'(
Sorry to hear this. I hope that changes soon because that RX480 is definitely at least twice as powerful as that HD7970. Things are moving along at a decent pace I trust your issue will be solved soon. Hang in there friend.

This won't solve the issue fully. The workaround for Mesa helps, so you can as well apply it today.
