I look forward to playing this as I have had it for over a year but have not tried it yet due to the fact that I use mesa. Thanks for this news Liam. ^_^

Quoting: Avehicle7887This is great news for AMD users, I'll be ready to see how it performs when compared to Nvidia then. Regardless of the outcome, this brings me one step closer to a full AMD build this year.

I think 2017 will be a very good year for Linux, there's a lot of room for improvement.
Come on over to the AMD pool friend! The water is nice!

Quoting: catskinsoxI got it running. I saw you added me on Steam. Cool. Maybe we'll do some multiplayer sometime when I have more time to put into it. I did get it running. It ran out of the box. It was Fedora where I had an issue running it. I'm back on Linux Mint again now.

Well, hopefully see you in a game sometime.

Carl
No doubt, glad to have you as a friend on Steam now. I have a decent collection of games, so we are sure to play something together sometime whether PZ or something else. Cheers to you my new friend and have a pleasant New Year's Day!

Quoting: catskinsoxI've been leaning towards getting this game. I think it's the top game on my wishlist now. At least until Civ VI is (hopefully!) available.
It's worth it. I highly recommend this title. :)
Oh, I got it. :) I haven't messed with it yet, though. I saw there's something I have to do with java to get it running or something? I haven't dug into it yet. I've just been busy with some other stuff.

Edit: Oh yeah, JoeyBoots80, huh? That reminds me of Joe Pantaliano (sp?). He said once that growing up, he was referred to as Joey Pants.
lol yeah it was my nickname for some people growing up as I always wore boots instead of tennis shoes like my friends did. I was a punk rocker basically. My real name is Joe Crook, and some people also simply called me "Crook" because of that as well. And yes PZ does require java. Cheers friend!

I am having the same issue. Luckily, as others have stated, I received my key for free from the newsletter. I will just wait patiently and quietly while they figure this out.
