Sweet! I’m very picky with racing games, so it will be great to get a feel for it ahead of release.

The demo was such a soothing experience, and the animation has all the charm you can expect from the best French animation schools. Really looking forward to this one although it’s peripheral to my usual game genres :)

Listening to the soundtrack on Bandcamp as we speak: https://masterbootrecord.bandcamp.com/album/virtuaverse-ost [External Link]

As a reminder, Bandcamp waives their share of proceeds every first Friday of the month to support artists during the pandemic :)

Quoting: SalvatosIf anyone ends up with extra keys for XCOM 2, I wouldn’t mind taking one off your hands after trying it out during the past week :) I have a number of other keys I could trade if interested!
I recommend barter.vg [External Link] for trading, though be careful of lowball offers when you first sign up.

Here's my profile [External Link] if you want to trade and see anything you like on my tradeable games. XCOM 2 is on my wishlist but I have more than half of the games that I want in this month's HB bundle so I'll be pausing.
Thanks for the suggestion, but I’m seeing a region lock warning on XCOM2 and I don’t have a good match in North America.

Out of curiosity, does anyone else still have to restart Cinnamon from time to time because it keeps using more and more RAM? I haven’t seen people complain about that since the last major release but I still have to keep an eye on it from time to time. Still my favorite DE, though :)

A couple Windows games in my wishlist have put up a demo for the occasion, so I’ll probably give them a go and see if they deserve to hold their spots. Between this and XCOM 2, it’s not looking like a productive weekend ahead ^^

Quoting: no_information_hereI am curious, as someone who has never used the daemon: Does anyone here use this much? Are there any non-Feral games you have found that benefit significantly from GameMode?
At the very least it disables the screensaver for games only being played with a controller (since they usually aren't considered "user input devices" by the display).
Hmm. I almost exclusively play with the steam controller and have only ever had proton games start the screensaver. That seems to have been fixed for a while, though. Is the screensaver still a problem for many people?
Can’t say for sure with Proton but I still had it on Mint two months ago playing through Lutris/Wine.

Quoting: DuncLimiting the number of quarantines and travel bans seems a little unrealistic, although the opposite is obviously the case for treatments and vaccinations. Maybe they could be unlimited, but with a stat for citizen dissatisfaction or economic damage that forces you to limit the length of confinement, or something.
There could also be a rate of compliance, and it would decrease over time.
