Quoting: Comandante ÑoñardoTime to retest..
Now, they should enable by default PROTON_FORCE_LARGE_ADDRESS_AWARE for ALL 32 bit games..
Pardon my ignorance, but what does this do?

Also, does this mean d9vk is used automagically when you start a game, or do you still have to specify it as a variable?

Quoting: RoosterI would buy this game immediately if it had Local Co-op mode. Without it, it is useless to me.
Tell us more about other things which are useless to you!

On a serious note, put two computers next to eachother (one could be a laptop, maybe even both could be laptops!), and you've now graduated to "local area co-op", which may be less useless to you! Problem solved! =)

It's fun but I am so bad at it, I just can't get any better either, so every time I try I hobble broken and wounded back to rocket league which I at least somewhat know how to play :(

Quoting: tuubipushing people towards paying for the rocket pass premium. Comes down to about 10 € every three or four months?
If you play enough* it doesn't have to cost anything beyond the very first one, you get the entire cost back of the rocketpass at level 110, which you can then use to pay for the next one etc.

*Getting to that level is actually pretty easy once you have the rocket pass active as well, because you get a big xp boost just from that, extra on top of that if you play in a party. Then on top of all that there are holiday events where you can increase your levels, and also the occasional double xp weekends which really ups your levels.

Epic Games have awarded the FOSS game manager Lutris with an Epic MegaGrant

I suppose that is possible, I assume the same but I always thought that they'd limit account creation to EGS, it didn't occur to me that they might let free to play accounts be generated by steam... That actually makes me feel a little easier =)

EDIT: And that would actually jive more with the decision to remove the DLC from the platforms, and put everything into the client as ingame purchases.

Quoting: Liam DaweSeriously, where do people keep coming up with this? They did not say it would no longer be purchasable on Steam.
From Psyonix, they've chosen their words carefully and said for now, until it hits EGC it will remain as is on steam, and afterwards anyone who owns it will still be able to play it on steam. Well anyway, I guess we'll see when the time comes.

Semi-relevant: Psyonix (Rocket League) was bought by Epic, and they announced that by the end of the year it (RL) would no longer be purchasable from Steam, only epic gamestore. It would remain accessible on steam for those who already owned it, and continued to get updates etc. Personally I took that as a possibility that epic would be putting effort into making their launcher for linux so that new users could continue to get it, and hell maybe finally even make fortnite playable. While this piece of news about the grant doesn't exactly exclude these possibilities, it really makes me concerned for the future state of the RL client.

Quoting: 14EDIT: I wonder why I can't put more than 1 controller in my cart and save on shipping. That's really annoying.
I think I read somewhere that it was a limitation in their store software. What they should have done (and I suggested this to them years ago) was create a couple of bundles, 2x controllers, 3x controllers, 4x controllers, that would have solved everything (well from my perspective anyway).

Remote Play Together released out of Beta, big sale now on Steam

Quoting: Nezchanlet alone connect to a remote session of Overcooked 2 or whatever.
Overcooked 2 has proper multiplayer so no need to use this for it, though the first Overcooked would benefit from it =) That said, Overcooked2's networking leaves a lot to be desired, and it can be really glitchy and laggy even between good connections.
