Might as well just buy the Sony PS4 VR, and play with that on linux.

Quoting: subHoping that since sony was able to make a reasonably priced VR headseat for their PS4, that maybe Valve did the same thing...but here goes to hoping.Quoting: Orkultusanyone know what the prices are going to be like?I think it is no coincidence that Newell recently said "It's the high end where the interesting things happen".
Read: This won't be "cheap".
The argument that - if it's expensive - not that many people will buy it is correct.
However, that's probably not what Valve might be after just yet.
They need to present great new experiences and pave the way for a new hype.
This will be expensive. Mass market affordable prices might follow in 2-3 years.
Just my 2 cents.
I might be completely wrong. :D

I just finished RAGE, via Proton on Linux. It was flawless gameplay. I will probably be playing Red Faction: Armageddon or Battlefield Bad Company 2. Also i need some help trying to get GTA V running. My social club window pops up, and it tries to have me login. Well then the window goes blank and i cant put any information in. Then the window starts sticking to it's location and i cant do anything with it, other than close it. I tried to add the comment to make it run in Offline mode, but it says it needs to be verified before i can do that.
