Quoting: barottoIt is best to ignore posts from @shmerl about NVidia ;)Quoting: ShmerlWell at least it's a working blob, unlike the current AMD's open source driver...Quoting: linuxcitylinus can't throw up that middle finger anymore this is a pretty damn good release.I think he still can, due to it still being a blob ;) I don't see any change in their attitude in this regard.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Definitive Edition arrives on Linux on November 5th

Thus one might even consider this as a day one release ;)

Quoting: 1xokThe late release date may not be a coincidence. There may be a strong connection with the Stadia version of the game. I have written down my thoughts here:I don't think so. My bet is that Feral really just waited for the Definite Edition. Note that this version will be released on other platforms as well on November 5th: https://tombraider.square-enix-games.com/en-us/news/shadow-of-the-tomb-raider-definitive-edition [External Link]

Yes, really cool! Surely a 5th November purchase at the Feral store!
PS: Technically this is a day one release, the definitive edition will hit other systems on the very same day :)

For anybody with slight interest in the ancient Roman world, I can also recommend reading the Cicero trilogy:

Quoting: FredOMy theory: Feral is probably bringing the Tomb Raider trilogy to Stadia first, and then finally releasing SotTR on Linux afterwards. What other reason would they have to drag on the release a year after announcing it?My theory is still that Shadow of the Tomb Raider will get a kind-of GOTY version soon and that Feral will base the Linux version on that one. Though I'm not so sure anymore since there is also a "croft" edition which seems a bit like a GOTY edition.

mmh, the mouse related changes don't work well together with a Wacom tablet, quite some games either crash or hang. All is fine again when switching to a "normal" mouse. Time to open an issue report...
