Game developer revokes a user's Steam key after negative review

I don't think games bought directly on Steam are revokable. This key was beta key he got directly from the dev as part of the Itch.io deal.

Quoting: GuestIt even makes me wonder if there are games I have that are no longer there and I'm simply unaware of it honestly.
Most likely no games are missing. You might have not noticed, but someone else would. Don't make it bigger deal than it is.

Strange, considering there's apparently a lot more games which have complete "platinum" results [External Link]... I would have thought that many of those would be added to the "whitelist" in the next update.
I think it's obvious that they are not whitelisting just because someone somewhere says it's good enough. SPCR list has its limits, often not fully tested and it's opinion-based rather than factual. Valve is most likely doing proper QA on their own and it takes time.

Nintendo loves money more than anything. That's why they don't want to provide. Selling their games to PC would mean they lose control of it. Sega already lost the console battle, but Nintendo is still going and knows well that controlling the hardware and software means controlling it all. So they can resell the same games again and again.

It is sort of shame that the gameplay is bit shallow, but the story, characters and overall world luckily fill that gap and then some. Nolan is perfectly unlikable character that you just gotta love and I just loved being asshole on his behalf and fully immersed in his persona.

I think you meant to say IRC channel which is #gamingonlinux on Freenode network. IRC is not a place.

It does look nice, monsters too (the forest ones are quite interesting). I feel like the biggest issue is the building though, it's very tedious (aiming and placement of parts), also the building hammer tool interface itself is quite poor.

Quoting: MohandevirAs long as there is an entity in charge of maintaining the build, just like Feral does, personnally, I'm fine with that.
Why do you need some entity to tell you "it's playable" if it's already playable without any entity?-) But in essence what's good is attention of developers to Linux market in general, that's about it. Other than that, you don't need any entities like Feral if you already can play the game. Especially if they would limit you in some way.
Well, to me personally it makes sense to pay only for games that officially support Linux, wine-wrapped, native, black magic or whatever. The entity isn't there to tell you it's playable, it's there to make accountably sure it's playable and stays that way for reasonable amount of time (everything can break after support ends, pure Windows games included, because of drivers, new OS version, etc).

I follow motto that you vote with your money. Buying Windows games, even if they work well in Wine, seems strange to me... you are not their demographics, not a customer either, why would you buy it? That way nothing will ever change. Only thing that counts is the money, and giving them away for free does not seem particularly smart.

At first I thought it's something like Else Heart.Break(), but after seeing the video it seems its way more open. Comparison to Gary's mod might be more accurate... but if there is going to be narrative that will carry you through it, then it will hopefully be much more than just simple game-making sandbox.

Definitely worth checking out.
