Quoting: Liam DawePossibly goes back to when Sam Lantinga worked there.Quoting: syylkWell, most Blizzard products were known to run well under WINE since dirt was invented - to the point of speculating if somebody internally was smoothing them at the edges on purpose to keep some sort of unsupported-but-working compatibility...Wasn't speculation. In the past the WoW team did implement things here and there to smoothen running it in Wine. I don't have a source to hand but it was in public postings from their team on their official forum.

This is the sort of move that makes me want to switch to AMD, but so far all comparable AMD cards to my current setup has been more expensive. I always thought AMD was supposed to be the cheaper brand.

I'm still having silly arguments with people who believe that only when 100% of your Steam library works on Linux will Linux / Steam Deck be "ready" for the masses.

CDPR did the same with Cyberpunk 2077, but in that case the problem was that it was Cyberpunk 2077.

So uhhh, anyone bored?
If a game is on this list https://steamdb.info/tech/AntiCheat/EasyAntiCheat/ [External Link] but the same game is not on this list https://steamdb.info/tech/SDK/EpicOnlineServices/ [External Link] one can conclude it still uses the non-EOS EAC.
Who wants to make a script to XOR the lists? :woot:
Here's the opposite. Games that use both.

Note: It does not necessarily mean they use EOS EAC even if they do use EOS for other things. So it's more accurate to work out the negative scenario.
