Frictional has been doing Linux builds since before Steam supported Linux, so it would indeed be disappointing if they stopped now. Despite having all of their games, I've only played SOMA so far - and it's definitely great!

First thing I noticed was that it quadrupled the size of the download. It's still on the small size, but made me wonder if there's a big Godot runtime statically linked in.

Somehow I got it stuck in the busted mode; in other words, starting Steam acts like I started with -gamepadui and it launches into the broken mode, and all I know to do is press Alt+F4 to close it. Anyone know how to get it back to desktop mode?

Pretty common for Chinese factories to sell knock-off clones at the same time they make the "real" ones. They are quite happy to slap a new name on it for whoever is willing to pay. Amazon is chock full of copycat products that all come from the same factories...

I think they were trying to say that their benchmark score for that game improved by 25% in their latest beta drivers. In other words, their performance was terrible in that scenario, and they figured out how to fix it, rather than dropping it off the comparison list. ;-)
