I do see a lot down play as well on the web, but Valve pull this off pretty well with nothing major happening in a bad way. I just wonder how many games even older one that no one would buy seen a jump in sale due to steam deck.

I would say have to do something with cloud gaming. Having a console have the option to run low end games and being a cloud gaming mad house. Valve have not worked on steam OS for abit, so I don't know.

So they're not happy, that they can't sell their game cheaper then on steam my understanding. Nothing stopping them for doing it just with valve help. Don't seem fair for valve to allowed Dev to come out with a game on valve store and sell it cheaper then on steam. Can it be abused by Dev or other store.

Quoting: GuestWhat anti-cheat is WoW using? I mean we can play it for years on Linux without problems and there is competetive gaming too in the PvP area. They use their own, and they know people using Linux or Not. Seem Linux user so far not making problem for them so far.

The USB thing, I remember Ubuntu had a program can instill and uninstall Ubuntu from windows long time ago. If they did that with USB stick. Easy to install and have it restart from the windows to USB stick. Valve can always work with gameros to make it happen.
