That sounds like a good approach for a demo!
I'll have to give it another go then, tried the demo when it first came out and couldn't really get me hyped despite the setting sounding pretty neat to me ^^

after the EGS-desaster i really hadn't have much hope that they would release this for linux, so its a really pleasant surprise that they did after all - might make up for the fact that they sold themselfs to the devil in making their game exclusive ^^

Seeing how utterly amazing the experience of alyx was, i really really hope, they stick to VR for the next games, too. There are more than enough great flat games, it would be a shame to limit their genius because not everybody has a headset yet ^^

Just tried it again (first time with the vulkan renderer working on KDE) - man, what a difference! Runs even smoother than it did with proton last time that worked. Now only the graphical glitches on the map and point-bar need to be adressed ^^
Really good to see Linux being up to par again, was neglected for far too long.

Fully deserved - i've rented a server with 4 friends and it's been a fairly long time since we came together to play a game with such regularity as valheim ^^
Are there any numbers yet regarding the % of Linux sales? I remember there being a "we reached out to the devs, but no answer yet" - has that changed?
