RUINER still may not come to Linux, encountering technical issues

I think they mean they didn't expect that problem. And I'm glad they'll focus on Linux first, before macOS. "Not talking about it" isn't smart though, since they won't get any help from the community. They need to learn from Everspace.

Quoting: hatniXIt would be nice, if someone from GOG would say something about the status of Galaxy for Linux. Because is seems this is not the only game that misses the Linux version on GOG for that reason.
I guessed you missed what they already said about it.

Quoting: GloWThey do refund though ? right ? right ?
GOG indeed can refund this. But it's clearly developers' fault, and GOG should have informed users about it as well. And as Liam said - don't pre-order. This lesson should have been learned many times over already.

Quoting: chepatiSo, I am very pumped about the progress wine staging has been making towards getting Witcher 3 into a playable shape.
We have a dedicated thread here about TW3 in Wine.

The black surface bug is a long known issue. You can see them listed here [External Link].

To everyone: if you found some bug like missing textures or distortions on Skellige monsters and such, please report it. Not everyone progressed that far in the game. Without reporting them, developers won't know it's there necessarily. So don't expect it to automagically get fixed in such case.

RUINER is reconfirmed for Linux once again

I'm glad they are now committed, but the whole poll situation was really confusing.
