I think length wise it's around the same size as the Neverhood. I.e. I didn't expect it to be much longer. And it is very hard to make (don't forget, they use real clay and build scenes from real materials for it).

I'm one of the backers for Armikrog, and I was waiting for it for a long time. It was disappointing that they didn't provide GOG versions for backers, but at least they provided HB ones as DRM-free (seems it's some kind of exclusivity deal there).

Quoting: untriangleThe Neverhood, now abandonware and works quite well with Wine
Neverhood doesn't need Wine anymore - it works perfectly in ScummVM (on multiple OSes including Android even).

Quoting: metro2033fanboyAint a real DRM as it doesnt force people to be connected!
DRM is any artificial restriction that happens after you already bought the game. If you need Steam to install it and can't install it from backup which you made after the purchase - it's already DRM. If you need Steam to run the game (no matter whether you are connected or not) - it's DRM.

DRM-free means the opposite - no artificial restrictions on whatever you do with it after you bought it.

Quoting: subWho says PS4 will support Vulkan?
So far no one, but it kind of makes sense for Sony. It will give them a way to attract more developers and gain more advantage against MS.

Quoting: Mountain ManThe problem with their "no reason to ship a DX12 game" argument is that Microsoft has invested tremendous resources in DX12 (and DirectX in general) and won't let it go without a fight,
What kind of fight if DX12 remains MS only? The only edge and argument MS can use are excellent development tools. And hopefully Valve will match them with Glave and such. When tools situation will reach parity, MS won't have anything to offer in DX12.

Quoting: SirBubblesI know that the Witcher 3 is on the GamingOnLinux's release schedule for November, but is that actually confirmed? I would have thought there'd be a bit more chatter about it if that's the case, but I've seen barely anything.
There is no information about release date. All we know now "it's being developed". It can as well be a long wait.
