C'mon. 4 people. 4 submarines.

Whaddya think will happen then?

hee-hee!

(I turn off the waterfog thing though. Can see better, and makes it gorgeous at night.)

I'm gonna give it a spin when it comes out.

EA though, so this should be amusing. :)

I always ask WHY do I need an account for a single player game.

(having worked for a software company, I already know the answer)

There's a mod in Valheim that uses this. (makes fishing hilarious)

This is causing a stir on civfanatics. Adding this makes it a hard pass for many. (including me)

Quoting: robvvInteresting that the Steam store page [External Link] mentions Denuvo. Presumably this will be for Windows rather than Linux, though I wonder if some form of DRM will be included in the Linux build?

There are a few things I like from their reveal, and many I loathe.

Just going to have to wait. It comes out in Feb, so I'll make up my mind about then.

(yes, there is river travel. One thing I do like.)

Leisure Suit Larry was the first of their games I ever bought. (waaaaayy back)

Hilarious.

btw, updated version is on steam. New graphics, gameplay is the same, including same silly bugs, hacks etc.

(eg: gambling: save, bet all, if win, save, repeat. if lose, load save, try again.) heh.

spent many hours doing that one.

Kings Quest, did them, Space Quest, loved that one.

Quoting: CanadianBlueBeerVulkan: brightness ok, FPS marginally better. Crashed and rebooted the system.
Not solving your performance issues, game is bad at it, period.
Reboot on other hand = problem on your system, hardware or software. No user space program is able to reboot your PC.(unless it uses appropriate OS calls, which 7days to die will not do)
nope. It's power/bios issue. If something tries to get too much *somehow*, then the system reboots.
It's supposed to just throttle, but, nope.

Civ6 does this often in Windows, but never in Proton.

(I'm wondering if something is driving the vid card too hard, but...)

Nevertheless, performance native linux, bad.

GLcore was too bright. FPS stunk.
Vulkan: brightness ok, FPS marginally better. Crashed and rebooted the system.

Didn't like the dew collector, but it's better now. The tarp doubling the amount so you get 6 per,
means you don't need a huge amount of them. (I'm finding a LOT of murky water anyway soo...)

I'm gonna play it a bit more, but then it's going back into the doghouse.

Probably has to do with releasing on consoles.

I'm taking a look at this "1.0" release.
(then it's back to the doghouse it goes)
