Valheim gets upgraded to improve performance and fix major bugs

Ok, the boar rune with no weapons would be annoying. (yet, all that meat and scrap leather early on, would be nice)

Ohhhhh....... 1 or 2 star boar WOULD eat you for lunch with no club/shield.

Finding that right off comes under the "RNG hates you" category.

You want to find those after you have some kind of shelter setup, so you can tame them.
(a buddy loves to tame the critters, I tend to just kill everything that moves)

:)

also in the starting altar are 2 mushrooms and a berry bush.

GET THE FOOD!

There should be enough rocks and twigs to make an axe.
Make that first.

Us the ax on the small saplings to get enough wood to make a club.

Oh, on the flight in, look about and see where the coast is, relative to the altar.
You want to be fairly close to it. (for boats!)

Pigs take just a couple hits with empty fists to kill. (unlike boars in 7 days to die!)

oh, don't try and fight when on steep hills, that is a known issue. (hitbox problems)
(at least until you get to the magic stage, then blast away with fireballs. hee-hee)

edit: if yer using a controller, try keyboard/mouse.

Well, the wolf raids were/are just meat delivery systems.
(same for the first ones where Eik rallies the critters of the forest)

Greydorfs are eye delivery systems.
Trolls are just annoying.
Skellies are a hoot! Bones asplodey everywhere.
The swamp stinks :P
Goblins, well, ha-ha, uh-wut? Free money.
Bug raids are really really annoying.

Only thing that bugs me about the raids, is timing. Always when I am just about out of rested bonus. :(

(actually, for the greydorfs, I get more of them when building a new temp base in the black forest,
than during a raid.)

I like the sliders though.

My inventory when out of base/ship is just 1 ea of water, food, oxy.

Storage of all the stuff, well, yeah. Hence labelling the big lockers.

Now, I tend to overdo things, so Titanium 1, 2, 3 , ingots, etc.

STAY AWAY FROM REAPERS!!!! (for the seamoth, have the wee zappery item, that'll get it to let go. then RUN , er drive away!)

Save the food bricks. great for long trips away (eat when 1 pt below 100, it overstacks)
water, well, you want the good stuff.

Only lost a seamoth into the terrain once. (crap happens in any game, annoying but...)

Is it perfect? No.
Is it for everyone? No.
Do *I* think it's fun? Yes.

There are hilarious moments (asplodey fish, I'm looking at you)

The starting area is really rather peaceful, just swimming about, and it's georgeous at night!

(and yeah, I like the submarine) :D

Don't forget to change the colours on your vehicles.

We all live in a yellow submarine.... (or a banana...)

I'm trying to find my 2 copies of Civ:CTP.
(and all my other linux games from way back)

Still in a box, and I suspect said box is buried at the back of a pile
of other heavy boxes.

(I hate moving)
:P

I won't sell them, but I might be able to let you borrow one copy.
(yes, we be in the same province now)

Well, the next one doesn't sound like Civ:CTP :)

(scratches head wondering what it will be...)
