How can you get frustrated about this? I've seen dozens and dozens of petitions and not a single one I'm aware of has had an effect on anything. There is nothing to be surprised about. Also, if you are serious about doing these petitions you have to stay civil. Basic human interaction 101.

Maybe I might be a bit hostile, yes, but this is how I'm going to fight against games that are broken at launch like this. AAAs don't have to be broken at launch and it's not acceptable if they are, so I won't pretend it is. And as you can see in my article, it's not just the game that seems to be broken but also the attitude of the devs/publisher.

Quoting: EKRboiAs far as I'm concerned, the worst thing is the blur. That chromatic whateveritis doesn't cause nausea or headaches. Normally I'm fine with motion blur and low FOV but this game causes problems even for me.Quoting: liamdaweAre you sure that it is motion blur bothering you and not the horrible chromactic *blahblahblah* they have added that can't be turned off? It certainly bothers me.Quoting: InterzeroidAlso Windows has turning blur off and on.Yes, we have that too, but the option doesn't work. As noted.

Yup, it's pretty much unplayable at the moment. I can't complete the first non-tutorial mission and the framerate outside is abysmal.

Quoting: abelthorneWhen has Amazon "lied" in the past exactly? From what I remember, they listed Linux versions for XCOM & Civilization V way before they were released on Linux but they eventually came out.I believe Microsoft Flight Simulator popped up on Amazon as a Linux game a while back along with a couple of other games that have yet to see a Linux port.

Quoting: Sojiro84Maybe you had the same issue as me. I just converted to Linux and had a few problems with some games just having 30 fps or stuttering like a mad-man.Sadly, this is not the case. When I encountered these issues I immediately went to the settings menu to check if vsync was enabled. With Talos I also had to disable vsync but here it didn't help.
Seems that enabling vsync in games destroys your framerate or causes stuttering.
I also had this game and had at max 30 fps. When I disabled vsync i got 100+ fps.
I also had this with the Talos principle I bought yesterday. Also 30 fps there and I am sure my rig is plenty powerful enough for more fps. So I decided to check if vsync was on. It was, so I turned it off and bam, 60+ fps and then went back to other games and turning off vsync improved my fps there as well.
I might not have said is enough so,
tl;dr, vsync off = iwin.
