My 6800 XT came today. So I will switch to AMD after years of using NVidia - I hope I will not regret that.

X4: Foundations 5.00 gets a Beta with AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR)

Quoting: noctHas anyone had luck with FSR on Linux? I tried it on the weekend, but when I enable FSR it loads for a while and resets my setting. I'm running Pop OS and have a RTX 3070 if that makes a difference, but from what I read FSR should also work on nvidia cards.

Anyways, fantastic game, I recommend this to everyone who likes space games and simulations.
I read somewhere, that you must manually disable AA because of a bug. Maybe that is worth a try.

A whole bunch of games just got Steam Deck Verified

Most important will be, that the devs are committed to the Deck and do testing before updates are released.

I doubt that this can all be handled by Valve, once there are a few hundred titles.

Microsoft to acquire Activision Blizzard

Microsoft shows Epic how to act against Steam.

I am sure they have a long term strategy. The time will come, when the MS owned games will be Windows/XBOX exclusive.

I am worried, that Gaben has just missed the point to also own a few important franchises/Studios, to compete. If you only have the plattform, you are fucked in the long term. At least when there is a content owner, who owns a majority of content and has big infrastructure/customer base like Windows.

It would be interesting to know, how many titles are steam deck verified by now.

It is only a few weeks until the first steam decks should be shipped and you never get a second chance for the first impression.

Oh, sad, I am on a 1070TI@1440p - that may be not enough for good gameplay :-(
Give it a go.. I am running perfect on my GTX 1060. No issues at all. Got many settings to ultra proton experimental.
@1440p?

This was not an announcement, just some steamdb data mining.
