what. stop pulseaudio? pulseaudio can play fine with the alsaplugin anyway.
i havent had problems with non-pulsepatched wine since 1.4 or something
used to be problematic with 1.3 releases

FORCED available via Steam Early Access

I played demo as well, you also need to rename FORCED_Data folder to Data to be able to launch the demo.
it seems fun little game when played in co-op, but alone is quite boring to be honest

Quoting: tooris it normal that even with lowest graphics ever I get so few fps… it's hardely playable.

lspci | grep -i vga
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GK107 [GeForce GTX 650] (rev a1)

with nvidia-313 driver and Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz
are you sure you are running on nvidia card? or you have optimus and its actually running your intel card?

i get 50-70 fps @ 1920x1080, everything maxed, textures medium(due crashes with high), vsync off on AMD FX-8320 @ 4,0Ghz, GTX 560Ti, 8GB DDR3 1600mhz. Arch Linux x86_64, 3.10-pf kernel, nvidia 325.15 drivers, MATE Desktop + Compton compositing.

Legends of Aethereus RPG has been released
25 July 2013 at 2:40 am UTC

no crashes for me and runs quite fine, but the problem is that the game doesnt want to capture the mouse all the time.
leaving the system mouse on the screen and not being able to move 360 degree.
alt+tabbing couple of times fixes it for a while but then the bug comes back again.
and this issue has been there since the very first beta for me.
otherwise seems to be fine game and can crank the graphics up to max without problems

Left 4 Dead 2 infects Linux as it's out of Beta!
3 July 2013 at 1:03 pm UTC

Quoting: alexThunderHm, I got a Left 4 Dead 2 Beta and Left 4 Dead 2 (Beta) now. What's the right one? :)
Left 4 Dead (Beta) is the correct one
that means its using the main game catalogue (non-beta), but the linux client is still with beta quality
you can now join to non-beta servers
