ha.. it actually made perf worse for me.
dropped from 30 fps to 20 in the mothership (command hub)

AMD FX8320@4,4ghz, GTX 970.

didn't check into battle because was turned off by the perf drop in the command hub.

so i probably wont need this tweak, for me it runs solid 40-70 without those tweaks also, everything set to high, AO tiled, depth of field off, bloom off, 1080p

performance is pretty good with the beta branch, which sadly isnt made to public yet. though loading times are bigger with that.
i can enjoy everything on high, with the exception of Ambient Occlusion at Tiled.
seems to run 40-70fps most of the time, with times where it goes down to 35 area and rare cases where it drops to 25.
thats with AMD FX-8320@4,4ghz, GTX 970 at 1080p

7 hours into the game and only completed 3 missions (without counting the tutorial one) .. i want to make it perfect so i have to start all over many times :D played first mission after tutorial like 12 time i think :)

anyway im sure feral will push the beta branch to public soon.

hope to play some more, not into DIRT Showdown much tbh, its too arcady and it lacks the setup features for the races, so its just pretty much random and people can vote out if they dont like.

Grid is good :) hopefully we will have F1 2015 soon as well and maybe Dirt Rally (i really want this) at some day.
