Quoting: DrMcCoythanks, found the right repo and updated wayland stuff to 1.9 and that solved it tooQuoting: Bumadar./EoCApp: symbol lookup error: ./libSDL2-2.0.so.0: undefined symbol: wl_proxy_marshal_constructorThat's apparently something Wayland-related, so you might need to update your libwayland-client. Or, yes, use your system's or Steam's libSDL2 instead of theirs.

Valve Rep Confirms Why Some Games Have Their SteamOS Icon Removed

- it does not help desktop because now if a linux users looks at (for example a Java based game) they will not see the SteamOS icon and thus have totally no idea it runs just fine on Linux.
- for developers of the Java based game (as an example again) this means less Linux people will buy their game.
This make it clear for SteamOS, totally agree, but this does not make it clear for Linux users.

This makes the situation much more clear, and should help both desktop Linux and SteamOS look better for everyone to play games.reallly ?

6470 windows games includes really old ones that will never be ported.
Only good representation would be to split those 6470 up in:
AAA (Modern)
AAA (+2 Years)
Regular (of what ever you want to call it)
Indy
Old
and then show windows vs linux, I would guess indy would come quiet high in % while AAA as Liam says will be really low
