I'm disappointed that there hasn't been any (visible) progress on ntsync patches merge request.

That does sound really bad, although I have to say that I was not impressed by the handling of SW Build telemetry mess and their arrogance towards a missing update that fixed a game breaking bug on GOG.

Good. I'm usually not a fan of racing games, but that one looks like something I might enjoy after it leaves Early Access status.

Regarding Vulkan: OpenMW uses OpenSceneGraph for rendering (previously Ogre3d). I remember that there was a fork that switched to Vulkan via VulkanSceneGraph, but I haven't followed the development.
Some parts (except rendering/draw calls) are using multi threading, but the main bottle neck in rendering is the way the original assets are structured.

I've never been subscribed to Humble Choice because I don't like subscription model stuff and the selection of games mostly seem too random for me.
As a side note, fairly frequently I own a game already and usually I hand the keys out to my buddies but is there any kind of GamingOnLinux giveaway I could pass them onto? There were some inofficial giveaways when the Forum and PM functionality were still available.

I was not very confident that they knew what they are doing before and I count that as a double confirmation (breaking the default setup and recommending the forbidden/stupid thing AKA hotfix branch).
