Like a scarier version of Papers, Please - set in the Devil's mail office in Hell, The Mailroom is one to stick on your wishlist. A demo is currently available.

The developer emailed in the note: "The Mailroom is a short cozy horror game about working a dead-end job in the basement mailroom of a small regional office of Hell located in Modesto, California. Sort and deliver the mail while trying to escape with your soul intact. It's not super scary but has jumpscares with a bit of humor. The Mailroom is a job simulator, similar to Boba Teashop, Dead Letter Dept and Loan Shark with pixelated retro PS1 style graphics".
