The popular free to play game Blue Archive from NEXON Games just got patched with full Steam Deck compatibility, and there's a sweet new startup movie too. Valve have already bumped up the game's rating as Steam Deck Verified now, so it has the fancy green tick.

Even though it has anti-cheat (where plenty of games block Linux) with the Steam release last year, GamingOnLinux covered that it already worked well on Linux systems and that the developers planned Steam Deck and controller support. As promised, although it took a while, that landed with the May 26th patch.

Ah, that explains why. Must have quite the monetization scheme for that to be the case.
