Humans, vehicles and massive kaiju beasts collide in BeastLink, which looks like Godzilla meets Kaiju No. 8 with destructible environments.
It was just announced by Grove Street Games, and while the trailer looks just a little rough in places, I actually really love the idea of this.
More about it from the Steam page: "The world didn’t end. It evolved. Humanity survives in shattered strongholds, colossal creatures rule the ruins, and survival depends on the very technology that ended everything.
BeastLink is a brand new experience where humans, vehicles, and colossal Beasts collide in fully destructible cities at unprecedented scale. Fight your way through war-torn urban cities, amass the coveted serum, and use it to Link with towering Beasts, each with unique abilities and combat styles. Play as both human and beast across multiple game modes solo or with other players. Deploy vehicles like cars, helicopters, tanks and aircrafts to unleash chaos, bringing everything crashing down. The stronger your Link grows, the more power you command…and the more it threatens to consume you.
Smash skyscrapers, obliterate city blocks and reshape the city skyline with our proprietary “SuperDestruction” technology, a groundbreaking destruction system where everything can be reduced to dust."

They have an AI notice on Steam to keep you fully informed which mentions:
BeastLink was built by a small team of hard working developers. Some AI tools were used to aide development, while all content that you see in-game was hand-crafted by humans. AI generated assets may be inadvertently included from purchased market assets that did not disclose AI usage.
The Steam page also notes it requires Epic Online Services with support for linking your Steam account. Early Access is due out sometime in "Summer 2026". A playtest also starts this week on May 8th.
