Fixing KDE Emoji on Manjaro

In case any one else sees a messed up Emoji menu on KDE with Manjaro (Super/Windows Key + .). I found this guide actually fixes it, as long as you also read the last post and replace "Noto Color Emoji" with "Twemoji".
