The last update to Experimental Proton made the return of the "Press Space to continue" bug of Bioshock 2 Remastered

With the previous version, the game worked fine.

You can try depotdownloader and get the mainfest/depot/app ids from steamdb. It's the only way to download old versions of games/apps on steam.

Why not build it from source ?
https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/tree/experimental_5.13

Go to Releases and get whatever one you want.
Then you can rename the folder and place in compatibiltytools.d like Glorious Eggrolls Protons.
